Common use of Disposition of Licensed Products on Hand Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Licensed Products on Hand. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement by either party, Licensee shall provide Licensor with a written inventory of all Licensed Products in process of manufacture, in use or in stock. Licensee may dispose of any such Licensed Products within the ninety (90) day period following such expiration or termination, provided, however, that Licensee shall pay royalties and render reports to Licensor thereon in the manner specified herein.
