DISPOSITION OF LICENSED PRODUCTS. ON HAND UPON TERMINATION 14.1 Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensee will have the right to dispose of all previously made or partially made Licensed Products, but no more, within a period of six (6) months. But Licensee must submit royalty reports on the sale of these Licensed Products and must pay royalties at the rate and at the time provided in this Agreement.
