Common use of Disposition of Subcontracts Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Subcontracts. 14.4.1 Not later than 60 Days prior to the effective date of termination under Section 14.1, Maintenance Contractor shall assemble at its offices in the State and make available for TxDOT’s review at such offices, at any time or times during normal business hours, all Subcontracts which are in effect and pertain in any way to the performance of the Maintenance Services.
