DISPUTE AS TO AMOUNT OF ADDITIONAL RENT. In the event of any dispute by the Tenant as to the amount of any Additional Rent claimed by the Landlord or the amount of the Tenant's Proportionate Share thereof, the opinion of the Landlord's auditors shall be conclusive and binding as to the amount thereof for any period to which the opinion relates.
