Common use of Dispute Management Clause in Contracts

Dispute Management. (1) If any issue arises between the practitioner and the facilities in relation to the interpretation of, obligations under or compliance by either party to the terms of this access agreement, the practitioner and the facilities shall use their best endeavours to settle the dispute by agreement. The management of any dispute must be by a process that is mutually agreed by both parties. (2) The relevant professional organisation should be considered as a resource in preventing or managing any dispute.
