Within fifteen (15) calendar days (“Days”) of receiving the Dispute Notice, the receiving Party shall provide a written response to the submitting party’s Dispute Notice (“Dispute Notice Response”). The Dispute Notice Response shall include: (i) detailed factual information and supporting documentation in support of the receiving party’s position; and (ii) if the Dispute involves a cost adjustment, state the exact amount that the receiving party believes is at issue accompanied by all records supporting the receiving party’s position.
