Dispute of accuracy. If the Pool Funds Administrator at any time receives a notice disputing the accuracy of any ledger account, records, data or information, it shall consult with the Pool Member who gave the notice, the Ancillary Services Provider or (as the case may be) the Grid Operator and each shall use all reasonable endeavours to agree the information. Promptly after agreement is reached, the Pool Funds Administrator shall, if necessary, issue corrected information and notifications under the provisions of sub-section 17.8.
