Provision of Hardware. 3.1. The Supplier shall make available all standard information made available by the Supplier or the manufacturer without charge along with the Hardware relating to the installation, use and/or operation of the Hardware (“Documentation”).

In the process of onboarding, your customer may be required to enter personally identifiable information, this can be configured by you in the dashboard. This information will be stored in line with data protection and will never be shared with any other party. You have the role of data controller, we are a data processor, registered with the ICO under number ZA269115. The captive portal will be branded to your business using graphics supplied by you or sourced by Guest WiFi Hotspot team. The captive portal can be configured using your dashboard at any time. Provision of Hardware. Where the installation of software is covered by the contract, the Customer shall provide the necessary hardware together with accompanying documentation and, if necessary, not undertake any other work/run any other programs on its computer system during the required period, other than those necessary for the fulfilment of the contractually owed obligations of both parties.
