Dispute Resolution and Actions. The Bank and the Company shall use their reasonable best efforts to resolve informally any claim of either party under this Agreement. No action at law or in equity may be instituted by any party with respect to any such claim unless such party has satisfied its obligation under the first sentence of this Section 10.4.
