Database. Where CenturyLink manages the ALI database, CenturyLink shall store CLEC’s End User 911 records.
Database a. Where CenturyLink manages the ALI database, CenturyLink shall store Carrier’s End User 911 records.
b. Where CenturyLink is the ALI database provider, CenturyLink shall coordinate access to the CenturyLink DBMS for the initial loading and updating of Carrier’s End User 911 records. For such purposes, CenturyLink will provide Carrier with access to WebDBMS, which is a customer interface to the DBMS which restricts Carrier access to Carrier End User records only, and is used for viewing and coordinating electronic file processing of such End User records. CenturyLink shall provide Carrier with a password to the WebDBMS, and Carrier shall be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and use of such password.
c. CenturyLink ALI database shall accept electronically transmitted files that are based upon NENA standards. Manual entry shall only be allowed in the event the DBMS is not functioning, or if CenturyLink has specifically agreed pursuant to separate written terms setting forth such arrangements, including compensation at the rates found in Table 1.
d. CenturyLink will provide an error and status report for Carrier’s End User records received from Carrier. This report will be provided in a timely fashion in accordance with the methods and procedures to be provided to Carrier.
e. Where CenturyLink manages the ALI database, CenturyLink shall provide Carrier with one electronic file containing the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) annually for each county in the State for which this Agreement is applicable, in which CenturyLink is the 911 Service Provider, and in which Carrier exchanges Local Traffic with CenturyLink. Additional copies of the MSAG file are available at the rate set forth in Table 1.
f. Where CenturyLink manages the ALI database, CenturyLink shall establish a process for the management of NPA splits by populating the ALI database with the appropriate NPA codes.
Database. (a) It is the intention of the parties that the Bank will manage, maintain and develop an information marketing database (the "DATABASE") at its own expense, subject to a mutually satisfactory agreement with the Company pursuant to which (i) the Company will agree to utilize the Database, (ii) the Database will be accessible from the Company's offices and (iii) the Bank will provide the Company with information maintained as part of the Database on terms that are no less favorable than those offered by the Bank to any other recipient of comparable information.
(b) Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Bank will, from time to time at the request of the Company, and without charge, promptly provide the Company with a list of the names and addresses of all Cardholders, all holders of other proprietary credit cards of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company (if issued by the Bank) and all other customers of the Business, any other business of the Company and the business of any other Affiliate of the Company. The Company shall reimburse the Bank for its costs of producing and shipping such list in the format required by the Company within 30 days after receipt of a request for such reimbursement from the Bank.
(c) Subject to Section 9.2, the Bank may make the Database available, and provide information marketing services to, third parties on terms reasonably determined by the Bank; PROVIDED that (i) the allocation among the Bank, the Company and The Limited of fees charged by the Bank to such third parties shall be agreed on a program-by-program basis or, in the case of programs existing on the date hereof, continued consistent with past practices and (ii) the Bank may not make the Database available, or provide information marketing services to, any Person who, in the sole judgment of The Limited, competes, directly or indirectly, with any retail or catalogue business conducted by The Limited or any of its Affiliates.

Database. In terms of the Constitution, the Trustees shall be entitled to establish and keep a database of all the Properties in the Estate which may be for sale for potential purchasers of Properties in the Estate. If a Purchaser of a Property purchase a Property in the Estate and such database is the effective cause of such sale, then the Owner of the Property shall pay to the Association an additional levy equal to 1% (One Percent) of the value of the Property upon the Transfer Date. The provisions of paragraphs 13.10 ii, iii and 13.11 above shall be applicable to such sale, mutatis mutandis.
Database. Grantee shall ensure access to a comprehensive resource database that provides current and accurate information regarding service providers and services that may assist the ADRC target population. The 2-1-1 database is one example of an acceptable resource database. Grantee shall set up any agreement for shared database usage, and Grantee shall notify HHSC if Grantee enters into an agreement with another HHSC contractor for shared database usage. Grantee shall develop and maintain a database that includes the current services and resources specific to the local ADRC service area and target populations.
Database. 3.4.1 Where AT&T-21STATE manages the 911 and E911 Databases and WSP deploys a CAS or Hybrid-CAS Solution, and also NCAS in AT&T-21STATE, utilizing AT&T-21STATE E911 DBMS:
3.4.1.1 AT&T-21STATE shall store the WSP’s Shell records in the electronic data processing database for the E911 DBMS.
3.4.1.2 AT&T-21STATE shall coordinate access to the AT&T-21STATE E911 DBMS for the initial loading and updating of the WSP’s records.
3.4.1.3 AT&T-21STATE’s ALI database shall accept electronically transmitted files that are based upon NENA standards.
3.4.1.4 WSP’s designated third-party provider may perform the above database functions.
3.4.2 In AT&T-12STATE where AT&T-12STATE manages the 911 and E911 Databases, and WSP deploys an NCAS solution:
3.4.2.1 AT&T-12STATE will provide a copy of the static MSAG received from the appropriate E911 Authority, to be utilized for the development of Shell ALI Records.
Database. Contractor must maintain and make available online to the Department a database of all Change Requests, Deficiencies, other problems reported by the Department under Section 12.2 or known to Contractor in the Software and Services used for Module and each visit by such Services Staff as described in Section 12.3 for Software licensed in Section 8. The database must include, as a minimum, the following:
12.4.1 Date and time Contractor was notified, or an inquiry is made;
12.4.2 Date and time of arrival at the Department Site or inquiry response;
12.4.3 Time spent for resolution of Deficiencies;
12.4.4 Description of Deficiencies;
12.4.5 Description of severity level of Deficiencies, e.g., emergency;
12.4.6 Description of Deficiency resolution; 12.4.7 Date and time of resolution.
Database. Once 911 Trunks have been established and tested between Carrier and appropriate SRs, Carrier or its agent shall be responsible for providing Carrier’s End User records to CenturyLink for inclusion in CenturyLink’s ALI database.
