DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISM AND ARBITRATION. (a) Dispute resolution mechanism(DRM) (i) Any dispute/differences between the parties arising out of and in connection with the contract shall be settled amicably by mutual negotiations at HoS/HoD level.
