General Conditions of Contract GCC. 1. Bidder should read these terms & conditions carefully and comply strictly while submitting their bids. If a bidder has any doubt regarding the terms & conditions mentioned in the bid, he/she should refer these to the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur before submitting bids and obtain clarifications. The decision of the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur shall be final and binding on the bidder. The clauses of terms & conditions are as follows:- a) Bid shall be submitted to The Director, Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur through xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx. b) The bidder shall submit following certificates/documents along with the bid:- (i) Bid Securing Declaration, Bid document fee and RISL Processing fee shall be deposited through separate prescribed challans through e-GRAS portal. The bidder shall submit scanned copy of the challans in the Bid. The cost of bid document, RISL processing fee and bid Securing declaration shall be deposited physically in the office of The Director, Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur before the last date and time of bid submission and are non-refundable. (ii) Firm shall submit copy of the registration with Central Excise Department/ exemption from registration, if applicable, as per provisions of Central Excise Act.& GST Registration as per provisions of GST Act; (iii) The average annual turnover statement for preceding three financial years (2021- 22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) signed by the bidder, duly verified by the C.A. and attested by notary public. (iv) Copies of annual accounts (Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss statements) certified by the auditors for the preceding three financial years (2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023- 24) may also be asked. (v) Xxxx self attested copy of 3 months latest GST return from the Commercial Tax Officer of the circle concerned, from where supplies will be affected, shall be submitted and GST Registration Certificate shall be submitted. (vi) Bid should not be submitted for the quoted item(s) for which the bidder has been blacklisted/banned/debarred either by bid inviting authority or Govt. of Rajasthan or by any other state/central Govt. and its agencies. This also applies to the bidder for its sister/ allied firm(s)/ unit(s). (vii) The declaration from the bidder regarding qualifications. The following documents are mandatory and shall be uploaded on e-procurement portal along with Technical Bid Submission Checklist....

General Conditions of Contract GCC. 28.1. Bidders shall submit the GCC acceptance form duly filled (Annexure-D), along with their techno-commercial offer. 28.2. The word 'Purchaser' refers to MAZAGON DOCK SHIPBUILDERS LIMITED, (MDL), a Company within the meaning of Companies Act, 2013 and it includes its successors or assignees. 28.3. The word ‘Bidder’ (including the term ‘tenderer’, ‘consultant’ ‘vendor’ or ‘service provider’ in certain contexts) means any legal entity such as firm(s) of Proprietorship / Partnership Firm / Limited Liability Partnership / Private Limited / Limited company / Society registered under Society’s Act / Statutory Bodies/ Consortium/ Joint Venture etc. participating in a procurement process. 28.4. The word 'Owner' means the person or authority with whom Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (Purchaser) has contracted to carry out work in relation to which orders are placed by the Purchaser on the Bidder/Supplier/Contractor under this contract for supply or manufacture of certain items and would include Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, the Indian Navy, the Coast Guard and any other specified authority. 28.5. Unless otherwise indicated specifically by the bidder / contractor in his bid, it shall be construed as his acceptance of all the conditions mentioned in this GCC.

Any Card we supply to you is our property and must be returned to us, or to any person whom we authorize to act as our agent, or to any person who is authorized to honor the Card, immediately according to instructions.
