– Dispute Resolution Pursuant to a Comprehensive Agreement. If VDOT and the Participant have entered into a comprehensive agreement pursuant to the Virginia Public-Private Transportation Act which requires their respective entry into this Agreement, then the provisions of Section 9.1 shall not apply and the parties agree to resolve any disputes which arise between them under this Agreement pursuant to the dispute resolution provisions of such comprehensive agreement.
