Common use of Dispute Clause in Contracts

Dispute. If one Party disputes a billing statement issued by the other Party, the billed Party shall notify Provider in writing regarding the nature and the basis of the dispute within six (6) months of the statement date or the dispute shall be waived. The Parties shall diligently work toward resolution of all billing issues.

Dispute. If one Party disputes a billing statement issued by the other Party, the billed Party shall notify Provider in writing regarding the nature and the basis of the dispute within six sixty (660) months calendar days of the statement date or the dispute shall be waived. The Parties shall diligently work toward resolution of all billing issues.

Dispute. If one Party disputes a billing statement issued by the other Party, the billed Party shall notify Provider in writing regarding the nature and the basis of the dispute within six sixty (660) months days of the statement date of the invoice or the dispute shall be waived. If one Party disputes a billing statement issued by the other Party, the billed Party shall notify Provider in writing regarding the nature and the basis of the dispute within six ninety (690) months calendar days of the statement date or the dispute shall be waived. The Parties shall diligently work toward resolution of all billing issues.

If one either Party disputes a billing statement issued by statement, it shall notify the other Party, the billed Party shall notify Provider in writing regarding the nature and the basis of the dispute within six forty-five (645) months calendar days of the statement date or the dispute shall be waived. The Both Parties shall diligently work toward resolution of all billing issues.

The billed Party may withhold payment of disputed funds billed by Provider. The funds, plus accumulated interest, shall be dispersed to the proper Party or Parties upon resolution of the dispute.
