Disputed portions of invoice. Any disputes in relation to any portions of fees shall be raised to PickNik prior to the date payment is due for such invoice. For the avoidance of doubt, Company will be deemed to have agreed to the fees in the applicable invoice if no dispute is raised prior to such due date.
