Common use of Disputes and Law Clause in Contracts

Disputes and Law. The Exhibition will be conducted under the direction of RE and its affiliates. Violations of any of these Terms & Conditions shall entitle the Organisers, among other remedies set forth herein, to exclude a Participant from the Exhibition and/or to recover damages caused by such violations. This Contract shall be governed by English Law and the parties must consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all matters regarding it.
