Common use of Disputes and Law Clause in Contracts

Disputes and Law. the Exhibition will be conducted under the direction of IAL and its affiliates. Violations of any of these Terms & Conditions shall entitle Show Management, among other remedies set forth herein, to exclude a Participant from the Exhibition and/or to recover damages caused by such violations.
