Common use of DISPUTES AND NEGOTIATIONS Clause in Contracts

DISPUTES AND NEGOTIATIONS. The Parties shall attempt, in good faith, to resolve through negotiations any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of this Agreement. In the event that negotiations are not successful, the controversy, claim, or dispute shall be submitted to third party mediation upon terms reasonably acceptable to the parties. If mediation of the dispute is not pursued or is not successful, the parties may pursue any and all remedies available to them at law or equity.
