Disputes Between Union and Producer. Unless otherwise set forth in this Agreement, disputes between the Union and Producer as to the interpretation of this Agreement are arbitrable only if the amount in controversy is $250,000 or less. If the amount in controversy is more than $250,000, the dispute is not arbitrable, in whole or in part.
