Disputes Relating to Termination. (1) If there is any dispute about the termination of this Settlement Agreement, the Ontario Court shall determine any dispute by motion made by a Party on notice to the other Parties.

(1) If there is are any dispute disputes about the termination of this Settlement the Agreement, the Ontario Court shall determine any dispute by motion made by a Party on notice to the other Parties. All Contributing Parties shall be granted standing in respect of any such motion, should they deem it appropriate to intervene or otherwise make representations.
