Disputes Settlement. (1) Should any dispute arise as to the operation of this agreement and the parties are unable to resolve that dispute by amicable negotiation the parties shall refer such dispute to the Industrial Relations Commission for -
(a) conciliation in the first instance and failing that
(b) for arbitration.
(2) Should any dispute arise as to the operation of a "training" agreement such dispute shall be resolved through the settlement mechanisms presented by the Industrial Training Xxx 0000.
Disputes Settlement. As per provisions of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997, the dispute between LICENSEE and the LICENSOR shall be settled in the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, if such dispute arises out of or connected with the provisions of this AGREEMENT. In the event of any amendment or modification or replacement of TRAI Act, 1997 such modified provisions shall apply for adjudication of the said dispute.

Disputes Settlement. Any disputes caused in the course of performing this agreement, shall be solved through two parties’ negotiation; if fails to reach agreement, either party shall take legal proceedings against the other party to the court located in the contract signed place.
Disputes Settlement. Any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement shall be settled by consultation. If the consultation fails, the dispute shall be settled according to 1).
1) submit the people's court where Party B is located.
2) submit to the arbitration commission which shall arbitrate in accordance with the arbitration rules in force. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the Parties. During the litigation or arbitration, the provisions hereunder which are not involved in such dispute shall still be performed.
Disputes Settlement. 12.1 As per provisions of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 as amended from time to time, dispute, if any, between:
i) the LICENSEE and a Group of Consumers, and
ii) the Licensee and LICENSOR, shall be settled in Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, if such dispute arises out of or connected with the provisions of the license agreement.

Disputes Settlement. In the event of any dispute arising out of the operation of this Agreement, the parties agree to adopt the Grievance Resolution Procedure in the Country Energy Award, 2007.

(2) Should any dispute arise as to the operation of a "training" agreement such dispute shall be resolved through the settlement mechanisms presented by the Industrial Training Xxx 0000.
Disputes Settlement. Any difference or divergence derived from the interpretation or application of the present Instrument shall be resolved by both Parties in common agreement.
