Common use of Disputes with Merchants Clause in Contracts

Disputes with Merchants. If you have any dispute(s) about purchases made using your Card, you should settle these with the relevant Merchant from whom you bought the goods or services. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of any goods or services purchased using your Card. Subject to Section 5 once you have used your Card to make a purchase we cannot stop that Transaction.
