Dissolution by the Trustees. The Trust may be dissolved at any time upon affirmative vote by a majority of the Trustees. Shareholders of the Trust shall not be entitled to vote on the dissolution or plan of liquidation of the Trust under this Article XI except to the extent required by the 1940 Act.
