Dissolution, etc. of Borrower. The Borrower or any owner, either directly or indirectly, of an equity interest in the Borrower shall be dissolved, wound up, liquidated or otherwise terminated, or a party to any merger or consolidation without the written consent of the City. No notice or opportunity to cure shall be required for a default under this Section 8.17.
