Dissolution or Partition. Except as provided in Section -------------------------- 7.1(c), no Member shall have the right to, and each Member hereby agrees that it shall not, seek to dissolve or cause the dissolution of the LLC or to seek to partition or otherwise cause a partition of the LLC Property, whether by court action or otherwise, it being agreed that such a dissolution (or attempted dissolution) or partition (or attempted partition) would cause a substantial hardship to the LLC and the remaining Members.
