Transmission. The Custodian and the Fund shall comply with SWIFT’s authentication procedures. The Custodian will act on FT Instructions received via SWIFT provided the instruction is authenticated by the SWIFT system. § Written Instructions. Instructions may be transmitted in an original writing that bears the manual signature of an Authorized Person(s).
Transmission. 1.2.1. Type (mechanical, hydraulic, electric, etc.):
Transmission. XXXXX.xxx shall have no responsibility for delays in the transmission of orders due to disruption, failure or malfunction of communications facilities and shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, to any person or entity arising other than as a direct result of XXXXX.xxx’s gross negligence.
Transmission. If transferred across the Internet, any wireless network (e.g., cellular, 802.11x, or similar technology), or other public or shared networks, data must be protected using cryptography consistent with good industry practice. Computershare’s policies do not allow for the copying of Confidential Information to Removable Media (defined below).
Transmission. EKPC shall arrange and be responsible for all transmission service for the renewable energy contemplated to be purchased hereunder and shall deliver or cause to be delivered such renewable energy to the point(s) of delivery of all current and future non-renewable energy sales to the Cooperative and from which the Cooperative’s electric distribution system currently delivers energy to the Customer. EKPC shall schedule or arrange for scheduling services with its transmission providers to deliver the renewable energy to said point(s) of delivery.
Transmission. Transmission" means the transfer of gas from its acquisition site to, between or among cities or municipal gas agencies or other persons with whom they may contract, but does not include distribution, except where incidental or necessary to transmission.
Transmission. At the main transmission sites the Multiplexed Transport Stream is fed to the transmitters which produce an RF signal at the specified power. None of the transmitter outputs are synchronised with each other; they operate in a Multi-Frequency Network (MFN). At the main transmission sites each antenna is constructed in two halves and each half has its own feeder cable. The overarching design criterion is that the antenna can facilitate full power into either half of the antenna system. At the main transmission sites each Multiplexed Transport Stream has its own transmitter. Each transmitter has dual drives and there is an additional transmitter on site which can automatically replace any of the active transmitters if the need arises (N+1 configuration). The Service Provider employs solid state transmitters which have multiple output modules and therefore degrade gracefully in the vast majority of fault situations. The outputs from the active UHF transmitters are combined and the power split across the two halves of the antenna. An overview of the arrangement for main sites can be seen in Figure 7.2.1.
Transmission. 2.1.1. Mechanical steering transmissions Paragraph 5.3.1.1. of this Regulation applies.
2.1.2. Hydraulic steering transmissions The hydraulic steering transmission shall be protected from exceeding the maximum permitted service pressure T.
Transmission. Transmission" means the transfer of electric energy from a generating facility to, between, or among one or more cities or municipal power agencies or other persons with whom they may contract, and includes but is not limited to conversion of current and voltage and transfer of energy from another source in exchange for energy supplied by such contracting parties, but does not include distribution.
Transmission. Any notice or other communication required or permitted hereunder will be in writing and will be delivered with all charges prepaid by the party originating the notice or communication. Delivery may be made by hand, telegraph, telex, or facsimile; by certified, registered or express mail; or by Federal Express.
