Distributable Code. The software contains code that you are permitted to distribute in programs you develop if you comply with the terms below.
Distributable Code. The software contains code that you are permitted to distribute in applications you develop as described in this Section. For purposes of this Section 4, the term “distribution” also means deployment of your applications for third parties to access over the Internet.
Distributable Code. Refer to the Product Entries for software that contains code and text files Customer is permitted to distribute “Distributable Code”. The code and text files listed below are also Distributable Code that may be used as described below. In the case of a conflict between the following terms and Distributable Code terms published in the Product Entry, the terms in the Product Entry govern Customer’s use of Distributable Code.
Distributable Code. Visual Studio Professional and Visual Studio Enterprise contains code and text files that Customer is permitted to distribute in programs it develops while using such software.
Distributable Code. If you have developed an AD RMS enabled program under Section 1(b) above, you have these additional rights to the software as “Distributable Code,” if you comply with the terms below.
Distributable Code. You may copy and distribute the object code form of the software as Distributable Code with your programs you develop. If you do so, you must provide prominent notice to your end users that each of your programs is being distributed with this Microsoft software, which will be updated via Microsoft Update per the end user’s settings. The version of the software you install with the AD RMS SDK 2.0 is not considered Distributable Code (you must separately download the software to have these additional rights).
Distributable Code. You may copy and distribute the object code form of the Distributable Code. You may not modify the Distributable Code and your programs must include a complete copy of the Distributable Code, including set-up.
Distributable Code. You may use Distributable Code as described in the Universal License Terms.
Distributable Code. In addition to object code in the REDIST.TXT file, you may copy and distribute the following subject to the same requirements and restrictions: • the object code form of the files listed in the REDIST list located at xxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/fwlink/?LinkId=165518 for Visual Studio 2010 and xxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/fwlink/?LinkID=100327&clcid=0x409 (for Visual Studio 2008), and • the source and object code form of the code marked as ‘Extensibility Kit’ (for Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 Standard and Enterprise). You may also modify, copy and distribute the source and object code form of code marked as “Code Snippet” subject to the same requirements and restrictions: The following rights related to Expression 3 Design Software are granted subject to the same requirements and restrictions. • Site Templates. The software contains code marked as “site templates” that you are permitted to use along with your content. You may copy, modify, deploy and distribute the source and object code form of these site templates. • Fonts. You may distribute unmodified copies of the Xxxxxx Sketch font and SketchFlow Print font. • Icons. The software contains code marked as “icons”. You may distribute unmodified copies of the icons. • Templates. The software contains templates installed in “\Program Files\Microsoft Expression\Encoder 3\Templates ". You may copy, modify, deploy and distribute these templates. • Styles. You may copy, modify and distribute the object code form of code identified as “X Styles”. Some Distributable Code has a filename extension of .lib. You may distribute only the results of running that Distributable Code through a linker with your program. You may distribute Distributable Code included in a setup program only as part of that setup program. You may not modify it.
Distributable Code. The software may contain code you are permitted to distribute (i.e. make available for third parties) in applications you develop, as described in this Section.
