Common use of Distributed Products Clause in Contracts

Distributed Products. To the extent any Distributed Products are, as of the date of this Agreement, distributed by Ultra to Customers (either on a standalone basis or as part of an offering or software platform), Ultra shall have the right to continue to distribute such Distributed Products only in accordance with the Commercial License Agreement.
