Distribution and Posting of Materials, Use of Site Mailboxes and District Mail Systems. The Chapter President or designee may distribute organizational literature on District property, provided it conforms to the content restrictions in Section D hereof, and does not interfere in any way with District business. No person shall distribute literature on District property in a place or manner, which distracts unit members who are performing their duties. Literature may be distributed, or left for pickup, in coffee rooms, rest areas, and in other appropriate site locations as designated by the immediate supervisor. The Chapter President or designee may post notices of Association concern (consistent with Section E hereof) on bulletin boards at least one (1) of which shall be maintained in each work location in an area frequented by unit members. The Chapter President or designee may place written communications (consistent with Section E hereof) in the District’s mail systems, mailboxes, or email. Unauthorized mailings and written communications shall be subject to removal.
