Common use of Distribution from a Server Clause in Contracts

Distribution from a Server. As permitted by the Documentation, Customer may copy an image of the Software onto a Computer file server within Customer’s Internal Network (“Server”) for the purpose of downloading and installing the Software onto Computers within the same Internal Network for use only as permitted by this Section 2.
