DISTRIBUTION OF CAPACITY PRIOR TO TWO WAY OPERATIONS. (i) Transition from Legacy Operations to Two-way Operations. The provisions of this SUBPARAGRAPH 2(a) shall be effective from the Effective Date until the date transitional operations provided for under this SUBPARAGRAPH 2(a) are discontinued, and the provisions of SUBPARAGRAPHS 2(c) THROUGH (p) shall be effective from the Start Date until the termination of this Agreement.
