As-Built Plans. Within thirty (30) days after completion of Tenant’s Changes requiring the submission of plans to Landlord, Tenant shall furnish to Landlord a complete set of “as-built” plans and specifications.
As-Built Plans. If for any completed Restoration the cost of which exceeds Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) (as such amount shall be increased as provided in Section 8.05(a)), Tenant has not theretofore delivered same to Landlord, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord, within ninety (90) days of the completion of such Restoration, a complete set of “as built” plans therefore (which may be in the form of field marked copies of the original plans and specifications) together with a statement in writing from Tenant or its Architect that such plans are complete and correct in all material respects.
As-Built Plans. Upon completion of Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall submit to Landlord two (2) complete sets of as-built plans (one (1) of which shall be reproducible) and specifications describing all portions of Tenant’s Work.
As-Built Plans. If for any completed Restoration the cost of which exceeds the Major Casualty Amount, Tenant has not theretofore delivered same to the FCRHA, Tenant shall deliver to the FCRHA, within ninety (90) days of the completion of such Restoration, a complete set of “as built” plans in CADD format, together with a statement in writing from Tenant or its Architect that such plans are complete and correct in all material respects.
As-Built Plans. The Contractor is responsible for producing an as-built set of plans and submitting them to the engineer within 2 weeks of completing the project. The as- built plans shall include the following:
As-Built Plans. Within ninety (90) days following the Full Operations Date, Lessee shall prepare and deliver to Lessor detailed as-built plans accurately depicting the Permitted Improvements including, without limitation, all underground structures.
As-Built Plans. “As-built” plans shall be submitted at the time the letter requesting release of collateral is submitted or once the Property Owner has completed improvements as described in Part II.B, Subsection 3.2.3, of this Agreement. Property Owner shall also provide an electronic copy of the as-built drawings. The as-built drawings shall be stamped, signed, and dated by a licensed and registered Professional Land Surveyor or Professional Engineer.
As-Built Plans. Within sixty (60) days following completion of any substantial improvement within the Premises, Tenant shall furnish the Chief Real Estate Officer a complete set of reproducibles and two sets of prints of “As-Built” plans and a magnetic tape, disk or other storage device containing the “As-Built” plans in a form usable by County, to County’s satisfaction, on County’s computer aided mapping and design (“CAD”) equipment. CAD files are also to be converted to Acrobat Reader (*.pdf format), which shall be included on the disk or CD ROM. In addition, Tenant shall furnish Chief Real Estate Officer copy of the final construction costs for the construction of such improvements.
As-Built Plans. The Contractor is responsible for producing an as-built set of plans for the engineer within 2 weeks of completing the project. There shall be no direct payment for this item of work; it shall be subsidiary to the bid items.
As-Built Plans. Following the completion of the Tenant Improvements and no later than thirty (30) days after the Commencement Date, Landlord may, at is option, request that the Architect prepare and deliver as-built plans for the Tenant Improvements in auto-cad format (together with a hard copy thereof, reflecting all alterations, improvements and other changes to the Building and Premises occurring as a result of the construction or installation of the Tenant Improvements and any Tenant Work.
