DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES. Contractor shall bear the cost of and shall effect distribution of copies of the Contract, including price lists and appendices, upon request. Contractor shall not, however, distribute Contract information unless OGS has approved it in advance. Contractor shall also be required to furnish OGS with additional copies of the approved price lists (paper copy or diskette, at the State’s discretion) upon request as may be necessary in the normal course of business.
