Contract Revisions. Revisions to product offerings or pricing, must be approved by the Department prior to advertisement, implementation, or removal. Requests for revision shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Manager for review and approval. Revision requests must be submitted to the Contract Manager on the STC Change Form in Section 7.1.3.
