Distribution of Fees. On the Effective Date and upon the Agent's receipt thereof, the Agent shall distribute to the Person entitled thereto each of the fees referred to in this Section 2.7 payable on such date. Thereafter, the Agent will distribute any and all fees payable under this Section 2.7 in accordance with Section 2.8(d) or (e) hereof, as applicable.
