Common use of Distribution of Financial Contribution Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Financial Contribution. The financial contribution of the Funding Authority to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator according to: - the Consortium Plan - the approval of reports by the Funding Authority, and - the provisions of payment in Section 7.3. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.

A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Project Plan.

The financial contribution of the Funding Authority Union to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator according to: - the Consortium Budget as included in the Consortium Plan - the approval of reports by the Funding AuthorityEuropean Commission, and - the provisions of payment in Section Article 7.3. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.

Distribution of Financial Contribution. The financial contribution of the Funding Authority Programme Operator to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator Project Promoter according to: - the Consortium Partnership Budget as included in the Partnership Plan - the approval of reports by the Funding AuthorityProgramme Operator, and - the provisions of payment in Section Article 7.3. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Partnership Plan.

The financial contribution of the Funding Authority to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator Co-ordinator according to: - the Consortium Plan - the approval of reports by the Funding Authority, and - the provisions of payment in Section 7.3. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.

A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.

A Party shall be funded only for its tasks it’s Allocated Work carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.

The financial contribution of the Funding Authority to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator according to: - the Consortium Plan and clauses 7.1.5 and 7.1.6 of this Agreement - the approval of reports by the Funding Authority, and - the provisions of payment in Section 7.3. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan. A Partner Organisation shall have no entitlement to any portion of the financial contribution provided by the Funding Authority unless separately agreed in writing with the Party concerned for the Partner Organisation’s tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.

The financial contribution of the Funding Authority to the Project shall be distributed with minimum delay by the Coordinator according to: - the Consortium Plan - the approval of reports by the Funding Authority, and - the provisions of payment in Section 7.3.
