Common use of Distribution of Financial Contribution Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Financial Contribution. The Community financial contribution to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator according to: - the Consortium Budget as included in the Annex I of the Grant Agreement - Consortium Plan the approval of reports by the European Commission, andand the provisions of payment in Article 7.3. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.

Distribution of Financial Contribution. The Community financial contribution of the Union to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator according to: -  the Consortium Budget as included in the Annex I of the Grant Agreement - Consortium Plan,  the approval of reports by the European Commission, andand  the provisions of payment in Article 7.3. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks and for the tasks of the Third Party Linked to a Beneficiary it may represent, carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.

The Community financial contribution of the European Commission to the Project shall be distributed by the Project Coordinator according to: - the Consortium Budget as included in the Annex I of Consortium Plan and/or as decided by the Grant Agreement General Assembly - the approval of reports by the European Commission, andand - the provisions of payment in Article 7.3. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.

A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Annex I of the EC-GA and the Consortium budget.

A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Description of Work.

The Community financial contribution to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator Coor- dinator according to: - the Consortium Budget as included in the Annex I of the Grant Agreement Consortium Plan, - the approval of reports by the European Commission, and- the provisions of payment in Article 7.3, and - the provisions in Article 7.4. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consor- tium Plan. Whether or not a task is carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan is decided by the Coordinator. This decision may be overruled by the General Assembly with a 2/3 majority.
