Common use of Distribution of Financial Contribution Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Financial Contribution. The Community financial contribution to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator according to: the Consortium Budget as included in the Consortium Plan the approval of reports by the European Commission, and the provisions of payment in Article 7.3. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.
