Distribution of Milk. A. Owner shall be entitled to receive a percentage of the weekly milk production equal to Owner’s Percentage Interest in the Herd. This percentage is anticipated to be equal to one half (1/2) gallon of milk per week per share owned, subject to production of the Herd each week. Per the Milk Services Agreement, milk allowances may be converted to yogurt or cheese as agreed by Owner and Agister at least one week in advance of pickup.
