Distribution of Notices. 2/9/1 The Union shall be allowed to use the existing inter-departmental and/or intra-departmental mail system(s) of the State of Wisconsin for a maximum of two (2) membership mailings per month to members of the Union. Such mailings must be of a reasonable size and volume and prepared by the Union in accordance with prescribed mail policy. The Employer shall be held harmless for the delivery and security of such mailings. The content of such mailings shall relate to the matters listed below: A. Union recreational and/or social affairs; B. Union appointments; C. Union elections; D. Results of Union elections; E. Union meetings; F. Rulings or policies of other organizations with which the Union is affiliated; G. Reports of Union standing committees, and; H. Any other material authorized by the Employer or his/her designee and the President of the Union or his/her designee.
