Common use of Distribution of Offering Circular Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Offering Circular. In relation to Notes in respect of which an agreement has been reached with the Flemish Community pursuant to Clause 3, each Dealer is authorised (subject to the provisions of Clause 6.1) to distribute copies of the Offering Circular and the related Pricing Supplement to potential investors in, and purchasers of, such Notes and to deliver, or cause to be delivered, copies of the Offering Circular and each Pricing Supplement (other than the applicable Pricing Supplement in respect of Notes which are not listed on the Stock Exchange) to the Stock Exchange.
