The Initial Purchaser, Trustee shall cause an electronic copy of the Retention Holder, information from the Issuer, Holders, Monthly Report and the Distribution Report and a copy of this Indenture (including any supplemental indentures) to be delivered to Intex Solutions, Inc., Moody’s Analytics, Octaura Holdings and Bloomberg Financial Markets, potential investors and Competent Authorities (pursuant to the direction Finance L.P. by the Collateral Manager to grant such access) shall be entitled to receive or have granting them access to the Offering CircularTrustee’s Website, the Monthly Reports, the Distribution Reports and the Article 7 Reports (Issuer consents to the extent applicable) (such reports, documents and such other data files being made available information and reports as are identified by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer) in each case by granting access to the Collateral Trustee’s website, it being understood that the Collateral Trustee shall have no liability for granting such access, including for use of such information by the Initial Purchaser, Intex Solutions, Inc., Xxxxx’x Analytics, Octaura Holdings and Bloomberg Financial Markets, potential investors or Competent Authorities or Finance L.P. to their subscribers.; provided that the Issuer may instruct the Trustee to cease providing such reports, documents and other data files if it (or the Collateral Manager on its behalf) determines that Intex Solutions, Inc., Octaura Holdings or Bloomberg Finance L.P., as applicable, fails to take reasonable measures to ensure that such reports and files are accessed only by users who meet the securities law qualifications for holding Notes. On the Closing Date, the Issuer shall cause a schedule of the Assets owned by the Issuer (on a trade date basis) as of the Closing Date to be supplied to Intex Solutions, Inc., Octaura Holdings and Bloomberg Finance L.P.

Access to the Collateral Trustee’s website shall be provided to Holders upon request. As a condition to access to the Collateral Trustee’s website, the Collateral Trustee may require registration and the acceptance of a disclaimer. The Collateral Trustee shall be entitled to rely on but shall not be responsible for the content or accuracy of any information provided in the Monthly Report and the Distribution Report which the Collateral Trustee disseminates in accordance with this Indenture and may affix thereto any disclaimer it deems appropriate in its reasonable discretion. The Initial Purchaser, the Retention Holder, the Issuer, Holders, Intex Solutions, Inc., Moody’s Analytics, Bloomberg Financial Markets, Xxxxx’x Analytics, Inc., potential investors and Competent Authorities (pursuant to the direction by the Collateral Manager to grant such access) shall be entitled to receive or have access to the Offering Circular, the Monthly Reports, the Distribution Reports and the Article 7 Reports (to the extent applicable) (and such other available information and reports as are identified by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer) in each case by granting access to the Collateral Trustee’s website, it being understood that the Collateral Trustee shall have no liability for granting such access, including for use of such information by the Initial Purchaser, Intex Solutions, Inc., Xxxxx’x Analytics, Inc. Bloomberg Financial Markets, potential investors or Competent Authorities or their subscribers.

Distribution of Reports. The Collateral Trustee will make the Monthly Report, the Distribution Report, the Transaction Documents, the Article 7 Reports (to the extent applicable) and any notices or communications required to be delivered to the Holders in accordance with this Indenture available via its website; , provided that, in the case of the Article 7 Reports (to the extent applicable) such reports shall also be made available, at the direction of the Collateral Manager, to potential investors and Competent Authorities. The Collateral Trustee’s website shall initially be located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The Collateral Trustee may change the way such statements are distributed.
