Distribution of Literature. FSFSA representatives may, during non-working hours or during any breaks, distribute employee organization literature. The FSFSA agrees that nothing of a libelous, racist, sexist, obscene, or partisan political nature shall be so distributed.

Distribution of Literature. 1. Space will be provided in central locations at the University where Union literature, which is consistent with the provision of C. above or which is otherwise approved by the University, may be placed so that employees may pick up copies. 2. The Union shall have the right to distribute literature, which is consistent with above or which is otherwise approved by the University, through the Hospital's mailboxes.

CCPOA representatives requesting access to Bargaining Unit 6 employees and/or designated non-work locations will check with the appropriate designated management authority to determine availability of space for the distribution of information and/or literature. Access to those locations may be restricted based on space availability and operational necessity. A written list of CCPOA stewards and staff shall be furnished to the State, and CCPOA shall notify the State promptly of any change. B. Distribution of Literature. The Lessee shall not include in the programs or distribute on the Premises any literature, pamphlets, tracts, flyers, other written materials, etc., not directly pertaining to the content of, or personnel in, the event (other than standard commercial advertising) unless the Lessee obtains the MSDPT’s prior express written consent to such inclusion or distribution.
Distribution of Literature. (1) The CAHP may use existing employee organization bulletin boards to post information or materials concerning the following subjects: (a) Notices and results of any official Association Committee or Board of Director's Meeting. (b) Notices of Association elections and their results. (c) Notices of Association recreational and social events. (d) Notices of other official Association business. (2) Upon mutual agreement between an authorized CAHP Representative and the Department, CAHP bulletin boards may be installed at reasonable locations. When required, CAHP shall reimburse the State for additional costs incurred. (3) Any materials posted shall be dated and initialed by the CAHP Representative, and a copy of all materials posted provided to the Area Commander or his/her representative at the time of posting. The CAHP agrees that any materials posted or distributed at the work location will not be obscene, libelous, defamatory, or of a partisan political nature. (4) The CAHP may distribute CAHP literature before or after work hours or during meal periods in areas in which work is not being conducted.

Duly appointed job stewards may, before working hours or during the meal break, distribute official employee organization literature in accordance with department access policy. Organizational literature shall not be libelous, obscene, or defamatory. B. IUOE shall hold the State employer harmless from any actions resulting from any materials posted or distributed by the Union.
