Common use of Distribution of Reports Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Reports. The Trustee will make the Monthly Report and the Distribution Report available to the Issuer, the Collateral Manager, the Collateral Administrator and the Holders of the Notes via its internet website. The Trustee’s internet website shall initially be located at “xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx”. The Trustee shall have the right to change the way such statements are distributed and the Trustee shall provide timely and adequate notification to all above Persons regarding any such changes. As a condition to access to the Trustee’s internet website, the Trustee may require registration and the acceptance of a disclaimer. The Trustee shall be entitled to rely on but shall not be responsible for the content or accuracy of any information provided in the Monthly Report and the Distribution Report (other than information with respect to itself) which the Trustee disseminates in accordance with this Indenture and may affix thereto any disclaimer it deems appropriate in its reasonable discretion.
