Distribution of Residual Funds. If, after the process outlined in § 2.4 above is completed, additional funds remain in the Net Settlement Fund, these funds, together with any funds from failed ACH Transfers and uncleared physical checks, shall be distributed as Residual Settlement Payments, as follows:
