Common use of Distribution of Trust Property Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Trust Property. (a) The Management Trustee shall terminate the Trust by dissolving and winding up the Trust in accordance with Section 3808 of the Act and making distributions to the Holders.

Distribution of Trust Property. (a) The Management Trustee shall terminate the Trust pursuant to section 5.01 by dissolving and winding up the Trust in accordance with Section 12 Del. C. § 3808 of the Act and making distributions distributing to the Holders, subject to the terms of the Note Indenture and any Notes then outstanding, each Holder’s share of the property and assets of the Trust.
