Distribution outside the Territory. Distributor shall limit its sales activities with respect to the Products to customers located in the Territory, and shall refrain from marketing, licensing or selling the Products outside of the Territory except to the extent such activities may not be restricted under applicable law.

Distribution outside the Territory. FEP shall not, and FEP shall cause its sub-distributors and agents not to, resell, or sell to parties which resell, the Products outside the Territory and shall ensure that the Products are not resold outside the Territory.
