Distribution of Written Materials. Any written materials distributed by the Trustee to the Beneficiaries pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Holdings utilizes in communications to holders of Holdings Shares subject to applicable regulatory requirements and provided such manner of communications is reasonably available to the Trustee) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of the Partnership. The Partnership shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for purposes of communication, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense:
(a) a current List; and
(b) upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this Agreement.
Distribution of Written Materials. Any written materials to be distributed by the Parent to the Shareholders pursuant to this Agreement shall be delivered or sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as the Parent utilizes in communications to holders of Parent Common Shares) to each Shareholder at its address as shown on the books of the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall provide or cause to be provided to the Parent for this purpose, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense current lists of the Shareholders.
Distribution of Written Materials. Any written materials to be distributed by the Trustee to the Holders pursuant to this agreement shall be delivered or sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as RVI utilizes in communications to holders of RVI Common Stock subject to the Trustee’s ability to provide this method of communication and upon being advised in writing of such method) to each Holder at its address as shown on the books of RVI Sub. RVI Sub shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for this purpose, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense:
(a) current lists of the Holders; and
(b) on the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this agreement. The materials referred to above are to be provided by RVI Sub to the Trustee, but shall be subject to review and comment by the Trustee.
Distribution of Written Materials. Any written materials distributed by or on behalf of the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Acquiror utilizes in communications to holders of Acquiror Shares, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and provided such manner of communications is reasonably available to the Trustee) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of the Corporation. Acquiror agrees not to communicate with holders of Acquiror Shares with respect to such written material otherwise than by mail unless such method of communication is also reasonably available to the Trustee for communication with the Beneficiaries. The Corporation shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for purposes of communication, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense:
(a) a current List; and
(b) upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this Agreement. The Corporation’s obligations under this Section 4.9 shall be deemed satisfied to the extent Acquiror exercises its option to perform the duties of the Trustee to deliver copies of materials to each Beneficiary and the Corporation provides the required information and materials to Acquiror.

Any written materials distributed by the Trustee pursuant to this trust agreement shall be delivered or sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as the Parent utilizes in communications to holders of Parent Common Share) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of the Corporation. The Corporation shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for this purpose, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense:
(a) current lists of the Beneficiaries and the registered holders of Exchangeable Shares; and
(b) upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this trust agreement.
Distribution of Written Materials. Any written materials to be distributed by the Trustee to the Non-Affiliated Holders pursuant to this trust agreement shall be delivered or sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as the Parent utilizes in communications to holders of Parent Common Stock, subject to the Trustee being advised in writing of such method of communication and its ability to provide same) to each Non-Affiliated Holder at its address as shown on the books of the Corporation. The Corporation shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for this purpose, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense:
(a) current lists of the Non-Affiliated Holders; and
(b) upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this trust agreement. The materials referred to above are to be provided by the Parent to the Trustee, but shall be subject to review and comment by the Trustee.
Distribution of Written Materials. Any written materials distributed by the Trustee pursuant to this agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as RG utilizes in communications to holders of RG Shares subject to applicable regulatory requirements and provided such manner of communications is reasonably available to the Trustee) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of Canco. RG agrees not to communicate with holders of RG Shares with respect to such written materials otherwise than by mail unless such method of communication is also reasonably available to the Trustee for communication with the Beneficiaries. Canco shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for purposes of communication, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense:
(a) a current List; and
(b) upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this agreement. Canco’s obligations under this Section 4.9 shall be deemed satisfied to the extent RG exercises its option to perform the duties of the Trustee to deliver copies of materials to each Beneficiary and Canco provides the required information and materials to RG.
Distribution of Written Materials. Any written materials distributed by the Trustee to the Beneficiaries pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as US Gold utilizes in communications to holders of shares of US Gold Common Stock subject to applicable regulatory requirements and to the Trustee being advised in writing of such manner and provided such manner of communications is reasonably available to the Trustee) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the register of holders of Exchangeable Shares maintained by the registrar of the Exchangeable Shares. Exchangeco shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for purposes of communication, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense:
(1) a current List; and
(2) upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this Agreement. Exchangeco's obligations under this Section 4.9 shall be deemed satisfied to the extent US Gold exercises its option to perform the duties of the Trustee to deliver copies of materials to each Beneficiary and Exchangeco provides the required information and materials to US Gold.
Distribution of Written Materials. Any written materials distributed by the Agent pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Parent utilizes in communications to holders of Parent Common Shares subject to the Agent being advised in writing of such method of communication and its ability to provide such method) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of Exchangeco. Exchangeco shall provide or cause to be provided to the Agent for this purpose, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense:
(a) a current List; and
(b) upon the request of the Agent, mailing labels to enable the Agent to carry out its duties under this Agreement.
Distribution of Written Materials. Any written materials distributed by the Trustee to the Beneficiaries pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Akerna utilizes in communications to holders of Akerna Shares subject to applicable regulatory requirements and to the Trustee being advised in writing of such manner and provided such manner of communications is reasonably available to the Trustee) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the register of holders of Exchangeable Shares maintained by the registrar. In connection with each such distribution, Exchangeco shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for purposes of communication, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense, a current List, and upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this Agreement. Exchangeco’s obligations under this Section 4.9 shall be deemed satisfied to the extent Akerna exercises its option to perform the duties of the Trustee to deliver copies of materials to each Beneficiary and Exchangeco provides the required information and materials to Akerna.
