Distribution Participation Date. (a) The holder of the LTIP Units shall be entitled to receive distributions and allocations with respect to such LTIP Units to the extent provided for in the LLC Agreement, including Exhibit F thereof, as modified hereby. (b) The Distribution Participation Date with respect to the LTIP Units shall be the applicable Vesting Date, and the Vested LTIP Units shall be entitled to certain distributions and allocations described in, and pursuant to, Exhibit F of the LLC Agreement.
