Common use of Distribution Participation Date Clause in Contracts

Distribution Participation Date. The “Distribution Participation Date” for each LTIP Unit will be either such date as may be specified in the Vesting Agreement or other documentation pursuant to which such LTIP Units are issued, or if no Distribution Participation Date is so specified, the date on which such LTIP Unit becomes a Vested LTIP Unit.
